Changed bike on my insurance, new letter says premium : -63.40?

Hi, i change the motorbike on my insurance, i changed it from a 125 cc ybr to a 660cc mto3!! and well they told me it would not cost anything to change the insurance! how good is that! it would cost me the same 200 pounds for a years insurance which is really good considering it is my first year driving! they clarified it when i asked again to make sure it would not cost me a penny to change motorcycle. i just got my insurance letter through and on premium it says 63.40, what is this? i dont understand? thanks Also im pretty sure my excess used to be 400, now on the new certificate it says 150. the old one it does not say anywhere what the excess is

This is my first time dealing with switching auto insurance to another state. I really would like to know which day should I switch the auto insurance. My insurance company covers both states. If I move from MD to VA on April 1, and I plan to register my car with VA DMV on April 4th. On April 4th, I guess I should have VA vehicle insurance ready for car registration, maybe I need to switch the auto insurance between April 1st and April 3rd. But if I switch auto insurance between April 1st and April 3rd, but at that time my car is still registered with Maryland (while no more MD vehicle insurance). Why did my car insurance with geico go up?

I read some forums online and it seems pretty heavy. Right now I am out of work and I am living on unemployment insurance. I can barely make payments using that. Anyway my car insurance is supposed to be cancelled this monday at 12:01A.M. standard time. I called them today to make a payment . But the local office is closed and the main office said they can't take anything less than the premium which is - $792.38. I can't pay that right now. That's out of the question. What is a lapse and how will it affect me. because it seems like there is absolutely NO OTHER CHOICE , i have right now than to just wait for monday and call them to find out that it's cancelled and worse if they said , Since it's cancelled they can only accept the Whole Premium!!
